Plates of different sizes and different colors automatically "find" processing equipment on the flexible production line, and if there is a queuing phenomenon, it will automatically modify the route and "find" another equipment for processing until the packaging is completed, and the entire process is efficient and orderly.
It turns out that the board is "smart" because it has a small label on it. After receiving the order, the production management system will paste a "two-dimensional code" label on each sheet, and the equipment on the production line will automatically identify the production task and customer information, and automatically complete the production process such as furniture sizing, cutting and engraving, so as to meet the diversified customization needs of the terminal.
Through intelligent wiring, a process only needs 1 person, 8 workers can ensure the normal operation of the entire production line, and the per capita efficiency is more than 10 times that of the traditional model.
